It has been six months since the Farm Bill was passed. This bill legalized hemp for cultivation. Though there are still many people who do not know what this bill has done for CBD. The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) is in control over CBD and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) only considers it to be a pharmaceutical.
